The Chef
Meet Chef Ron.
We're proud — and honestly a little lucky — to have Chef Ron leading our kitchen. Our menu stays relatively constant, but his daily features are where he really shows off: specials you won't find anywhere else, and a soup of the day that's somehow always exactly right.
He makes the best pierogies around, rolls homemade raviolis by hand, and turns out cakes worth saving room for — carrot cake, lemon mascarpone, black forest, and whatever else he's dreaming up that week.
It's real cooking: sauces, pastas, and desserts made in-house from scratch, built on farm-to-table, locally sourced ingredients whenever the season allows — local beef, local produce, and neighbors we're proud to know by name.
