We're a small team running a 130-year-old building in a town that never sleeps before sunset. Come work somewhere that means something.
We're 12 people, not 1,200. Every shift, every guest, every plate — it all carries your fingerprints. The owners know your name and your kids' names.
School concerts, soccer games, vet appointments — life happens. We schedule like adults, around the people who keep this place running.
Most of our managers started in entry roles. We promote from within whenever we can, and we'll teach you everything we know.
Evenings, 4–10pm. Gastropub experience preferred but not required. We'll train.
Wed–Sun. Two shifts available. Wine knowledge appreciated, training provided.
Tap Room and Pour Decisions rotations. Cocktail experience required. Beer + wine certification a plus.
10 suites to turn. Mornings, 8am–1pm. Detail-oriented. Hospitality experience a plus.
Weddings, rehearsal dinners, private events at Pour Decisions. Organized, social, calm under pressure.
Send a resume — or just a paragraph telling us who you are and what you're looking for. We read every email. We'll respond within a few days.
No formal "applications," no portals. We're old-school like that.
"I started as a host on weekends and now I run the bar. Tom and Destiny pour into us the same way they pour into the building. It's a place that takes care of you back."
