Our Philosophy

"We don't think of this as a hotel. We think of it as a porch with rooms above it, a tap room beside it, and a basement bar where the night gets interesting. The community has gathered here for 131 years. Our only job is to keep the lights on."

— Tom & Destiny Salviski, Innkeepers since 2020
The Porch

The best seat in Naples.

A covered porch right on Main Street, seating about forty — full dinners, phenomenal drinks, and Finger Lakes wine with a front-row view of the village. Sun or rain, spring through fall, it's the most sought-after table in town.

First come, first served. We don't reserve porch seats — it's simply too busy out here. Come early, grab a seat, and settle in.

Inside a Naples Hotel suite
01 — Where you stay

Ten suites,
each with a story.

Floors two and three of an 1895 building, recently and lovingly remodeled. Original woodwork, period antiques, electric fireplaces. Plush bedding. Smart TVs hidden in old-feeling rooms.

The Riesling. The Vineyard. The Honeymoon. Each suite has its own personality, its own light. Some say its own ghost.

02 — Where you gather

The Tap Room
does both jobs.

Family dinner on Tuesday. Anniversary on Saturday. A cold pint, a cheeseburger, and wings after a long ride. The room has been holding all of these at once for over a century.

03 — Where the night turns

Private Events.
The Speakeasy.

A speakeasy-themed venue with its own entrance, full bar, and an atmosphere that turns rehearsal dinners into rehearsal-dinner stories. Up to 75 guests. Live music welcome.

Weddings, milestone birthdays, reunions, corporate dinners — and the surprise engagement parties. If you're celebrating, this is the room.

Through the Year

Four Seasons.
One Hotel.

The same 130-year-old building shape-shifts with the calendar. Pumpkins in October. String lights in December. Every guest gets a different version. That's the trick.
